I have always thought that bread bowls sounded AMAZING..so I thought I'd try it at home. I bought some beautiful delicious artisan bread. I then made up some Campbells broccoli and cheese soup to go inside..I found that I really just wanted to eat the bread and by making it into a bowel I had to waste half of it. It was just not a good idea and I will not do it again..looks good...tastes..well...not so good.
